Any personal information that you may provide online to the OFA for
the purposes of the subscription,including name and email address,
is collected by the OFA under the authority of Ontario’s Capital
Investment Plan Act, 1993 (s. 30). This information will be
stored in a database and will be used by the OFA and/or the Ministry
of Finance for the purposes of providing you with the information
identified in your subscription request, including notices of OFA
events, and evaluation and administration of the subscription
program. Your name and e-mail address will not be placed on any
mailing lists without your prior consent, nor will they be provided
to any third party by the OFA, except as may be required by law. If
