OFA Proxy Rates
Deemed Interest Rates
A reference to an interest rate paid or payable by the Province of Ontario Savings Office in a regulation made under an Act or in an order made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall be deemed to be a reference to a rate of interest established by the Ontario Financing Authority as a proxy for that rate.
